Russia's best-selling Barrister Gin has mixed the largest gin and tonic cocktail in the world
The largest gin and tonic cocktail in the world - based on Barrister gin - has been made in Russia. Its volume was 2,000 liters or 10,000 servings.
The record was registered in March 2024 in Moscow.
"Over the 7 years of its existence, Barrister has already set many records, including global brands and taking the first place in sales of its category in Russia. Every year we strengthen its leadership and increase its market share. We are sincerely happy that today Barrister Gin set another international record," commented Veniamin Grabar, President of LADOGA.
Today Barrister, according to IWSR, occupies 55% of the Russian market. Barrister is the first Russian gin which became a member of the “Millionaires Club” - in 2023 its sales exceeded one million 9-litre cases.
The previous world record in G&T was set in Belgium in 2019 with 1500 liters cocktail volume.
