For production of Czar's Cranberry we use  freshly frozen cranberry from Arkhangelsk and  red bilberry sort  "Korall"  from Siberia

Czar's Cranberry is fraught with North spirit. Once you try it, you will remember this taste forever.  Soft berry aroma with almost imperceptible red bilberry bitterness  will take you to vastness  Russian North, you will experience the  taste of fresh red berries. ​
    
Czar's Cranberry pairs well with dried toast made of wheat bread and duck pâté.
